Careers Advice is directed to bring quick results. It amounts to providing support in setting up realistic objectives in one's professional/ vocational life and in planning the activities leading to the realization of these objectives. It is useful for those who consciously chose and plan their careers, who intend to change their profession or employment, and for those who return to the employment market.

One of the proposed elements is the diagnosis of the potential and of areas for development – the JTI method.

The JTI testing rooted in the concepts of a Swiss psychologist Carl Gustav Jung will enable you to become acquainted with your own possibilities and fields for development. You will learn which are your strong points and how to effectively exploit them, so as to become successful in your professional life. We well also help you prepare the optimal development plan for the next one to three years. Moreover, we will present you with the profile of your communicating, learning and working style. We will show which professional environment is optimally suited to your preferences, in which conditions you will achieve success and how you should use your skills.

The test will be conducted by a certified JTI consultant. After testing and interpreting the results you will receive an exhaustive feedback information.
